SHIPPING
When will my order Ship?
Orders are processed within 24 hours at which time you will receive a tracking number. Items are either shipped first class USPS or 2-day Priority Mail.
How long does shipping take?
Even 2-day Priority mail shipping can take more than 2 days; please bear in mind once orders are delivered to the post office, my shop has no control over their processing times. Please always keep your tracking number so that you may follow the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.
RETURNS
What is your Exchange Policy?
In general, I am unable to offer exchanges on products. But, I want all of my customers to be happy, so please do use the contact form to let me know if your request for an exchange; requests are reviewed case by case.
What is your Return Policy?
I am unable to take returns on any body products, even if they are unopened. I am able to accept returns of candles items within 14 days of the purchase date as long as the item is in its original condition.
When will I receive my Refund?
Refunds will be processed as soon as a returned item has arrived at my shop. You will need to send the return back to me using a service that provides a tracking number. You will be notified via email as soon as a refund has been made.
