Hi there, I'm Rosanna Fay

I’ve lived a few lives before designing equestrian candles and websites. In the late 80's, I dove headfirst into live television, working for Tom Bergeron back when he was still a local talkshow host at WBZ-TV Boston. From there, I spent 15 years in corporate technology marketing, rising through the ranks and managing large-scale endeavors with players like Microsoft and MTV.

By the early 2000s, I co-founded Tribal Brands, a San Francisco marketing agency that grew to 100 employees and $40M a year in revenue. For a decade I lived in the middle of music, movies, and mobile apps — building programs with mega-brands like Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake and the Pirates of the Caribbean.

In 2012, profoundly impacted by my parents passing and the state of caregiving in the US, I shifted gears. I spent 7 years in the aging-in-place field, writing and speaking about the issues and publishing in outlets like The Atlantic, Forbes, and NPR. And through all of it, one thing remained constant: my love and dreams of horses.

Today, stable & fields brings those two sides of me together — the businesswoman and the horse girl. It’s part candle line, part creative studio offering marketing services made especially for equestrians. Different pieces of me, same heart: a woman with heavy-weight business experience, and the belief that everything is better with a little horse magic.
